COPD 101: Learn to Breathe Easier
Nov. 12, 6–7:30pm
A one-hour introductory class for people who have been
diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
(COPD). Participants will gain a better understanding of the
causes, symptoms and diagnosis of COPD. We’ll also review
how to use a spacer and inhaler and how to improve health
through exercise.
