This six-week workshop is
designed for people with pre-
diabetes or type 1 or type 2
diabetes. Participants will learn
about complications associated
with diabetes as well as how
to manage blood sugar and
understand the relationship
between food and blood-sugar
levels. Learn how to read
nutrition labels, deal with stress
and improve communication
