Two-hour class for mothers-to-

be during the first trimester.

Learn about the early weeks of

pregnancy, your body changes,

the importance of nutrition, and

prenatal fitness.

breathing and relaxation for

for greater ease during the last

Yoga postures and breathing

exercises will be practiced to

enhance a woman’s comfort

Breastfeeding Basics

Prepare for a successful and

rewarding breastfeeding

experience. Learn how to hold

your baby, how often and how

long to feed, how to avoid

common problems, and more.

a good milk supply, choosing

just the right pump and how to

juggle it all.

is sick, and when to call the

doctor.

Grandparents Update

Styles change, trends come and

go, and caring for a baby really

For children 3 to 7 years old to

help them prepare for the arrival

For kids ages 11 to 15 to learn

This informal health education

program for women provides

access to doctors and other

health experts during monthly

seminars in a fun networking

environment.

Gut Reaction: Taking Care

of Your Digestive Health

Jan. 8, 6:30–8pm

Adrian Park, MD, chair of

surgery at AAMC, and Courtney

Doyle, MD, surgeon, will discuss

symptoms and treatment

options for common digestive

health disorders such as

irritable bowel syndrome, reflux

and Crohn’s disease.
